I don't know about that one, but apple cider vinegar is good for them
I give my birds apple cider vinegar once a week at a rate of 10ml per liter of water,

It is just iodine as a disinfectant, but it could overdose in small finches, we all need iodine but just not sure how much.

I use soluminavite on my birds sprouted seed at least two times a week. I got a large baby powder container, the one where you spin the cap to reveal the open holes. It can be very risky to house two kinds of birds together in one cage. Finches are smaller than budgies and are not able to defend themselves, should the budgie decide to attack. Budgies can hurt the canaries badly.They can take off their beak or feet.

The Canaries enjoy vegetables like green beans, corn, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, and peas. Add fruits in smaller amounts, including apples, bananas, grapes, and melons.

It is recommended to house two males together especially with a female.So keep a canary with finches or other non-aggressive aviary birds in the huge flight cage. Female canaries can safely be housed together.
